distance? no big deal.

- un radiante sol de invierno, 11am-

Lima es conocida por ser fría, húmeda y triste durante todo el invierno. No siempre con las mejores condiciones de luz para las fotos, no siempre con el mejor clima para ir afuera. Entonces decidimos ir en busca de los rayos del sol.

Simon & Ma. Grazia. de Peru, de Francia, no hay distancia.

Me encanta. Me encanta encontrar personas que pasen por la misma situación que uno y crean en lo mismo. En un mes veré a mi novio, quien vive a miles de kilómetros de aquí, pero aún así hemos logrado permanecer juntos todo este tiempo. Lo mismo sucede con Maria Grace (se llama Maria Grazia, pero yo la llamo así :) ), luego de unos 4 o 5 meses, Simón volvió de Francia para reencontrarse. ¡¡Me alegró tanto verla con el de nuevo y más aún que me pidieran hacer una sesión con ellos!!

Fuimos en busca del sol, y mientras veía como interactuaban, como conversaban, no dejaba de pensar en lo lindo que es encontrar alguien que está comprometido contigo de corazón y pone de lado el problema de la distancia. Pensaba en mi propio caso y como en todas mis sesiones, me pregunté: ¿qué fotos me gustaría tener yo de un momento así?

Entre risas, poses y momento anecdóticos pasamos  la linda mañana en la que encontramos el sol.

Lima is known for being grey, cold, humid and sad all winter long. Not always the best light for pictures, not always the best weather to go outside. So we left and look for sunshine.

I love it.  I just love to find people that go through similar situations and believe the same you do. In a month i will see my boyfriend, who lives thousands of miles away from here, and yet we have remained together all this time. The same happens to Maria Grace (her real name is Maria Grazia :)), after 4 or 5 months of not seeing him, Simon came back to be together. I was so happy to see them reunited and even more after they asked me to do their photo shoot!!

We went after the sun, and while they interacted with each other, i couldn't help but think about how wonderful it is to have someone who is committed wholeheartedly to you and is able to put aside the problem of distance. I was thinking about my own case, and as i do in every photo shoot, i asked myself:  what kind of pictures would i like to have from a moment like this?

Between laughter, poses, and unforgettable moments we spent that pretty morning when we found the sun.
